TPE Challenge #270

Happy beautiful Monday everyone!
I hope your weekend went well and that you've got great plans ahead. :)
This week over at The Pink Elephant,
we have a super fun challenge for you:

Yes siree Bob, and I do mean anything that you've created (no back links please).
For my card I used the adorable (limited edition) freebie from Saturated Canary
called Saturday Coffee.

Isn't she a sweetie pie? I love that pixie cut on her.
I paired her with Studio Calico papers and a sentiment from Stampin' Up.
The roses were from the dollar bin at Michaels, the border punch
and leaves are made by Martha Stewart.

Pop on over and play along with the challenge!

Happy beautiful Monday everyone!
My apologies for the delay, it has been quite the first day of the week. ;)
Nevertheless, I am celebrating a new challenge over at The Pink Elephant,
this week is a fabulous sketch!

Here is my card using the adorable Alternative Beauty from Saturated Canary:

I colored her up with copics and used a paper from Michaels {Recollections},
a Cuttlebug argyle folder, MS star punch, and American Crafts rub ons.
Here is the fun sketch for the week:

Don't hesitate to flip it or rotate it, just be sure we can see the basic elements.
You can ooh and ahh over the adorable samples from the Design Team
here on The Pink Elephant blog.

TPE #267

Happy rainy Monday everyone!
It's a drizzly, bake-y, crock pot-y, crafty kind of day here in SC.
What a perfect way to start off the week!
Today starts a new challenge over at The Pink Elephant,
an inspiration challenge based on this adorable set of dishes:

What a darling combo, who wouldn't enjoy eating off of these beauties?
Here is my card for the week:

I was so excited to come across the same patterns, but in a slightly muted palette. Ack!
I decided to use them anyway with a Stampin' Up sentiment,
hand cut roses, MS leaf die, and the current sketch from the Deconstructed Sketch:

(I always find so much inspiration from Jen's site!)

Come along and play along with us over at TPE,
Ella's girls always come up with some wonderful DT samples!

Have a beautiful day everyone, off to bake banana bread and color with copics. :)

A very special post...

Happy beautiful Monday everyone!
I hope your weekend went well and that you're ready for some fun?
There's some exciting news going on at my favorite Farm,
including a whole slew of new releases that debut in the shop today.
Here is a card I made with the adorable Dollie with Gifts:

Isn't she so cute? Her sweet outfit is just perfect for holiday deliveries. :)
I colored her in with copics using the no line technique,
then paired her with papers from Michaels (Recollection),
as well as a Martha Stewart snowflake border punch.

Before we begin today's hop, there are a few special announcements being made:
I am so excited that my dear friend and fellow TGF fanatic
ROSEMARY BRIDGES is TGF's new DT Coordinator!!
In addition, I will be taking on the role as
TGF's Guest DT Coordinator/Special Project leader...
Eeeek! This is truly a dream come true!
Our fabulous Jessica will still remain on the Farm in some other capacities,
because, you know, we could never ever let her leave. ;)

There's more on the blog from Jess about these new changes,
but for now... let's get hoppin'!

One lucky winner who visits all of the DT's blogs, comments,
and comes back here letting us know they did,
will take home the ENTIRE SEPTEMBER RELEASE!

Let's kick things off right!  Here we go…

You have until 11:30pm CST to complete the hop and enter to WIN!
Winner will be announced tomorrow on the blog
and on our FACEBOOK page, so stay tuned!

It's such a lazy Labor Day and I am loving it.
It shows, from this late post. teehee! :)

Today starts a new challenge over at The Pink Elephant:

Back To School

For my card I used the adorable Saturated Canary image Diane.
She makes it look like she needs help with her papers, but we know it's a ploy. teehee!
I paired her with Studio Calico papers {Heyday},
an American Craft rub on sentiment, and a paper clip from Staples.
She's all ready for her first day of school!

Here is my card, using Saturated Canary's Samantha:

Isn't she a sweetie?

Krista's images are always so adorable.
I paired her with a paper from Recollections (found at Michaels),
as well as the embossed cardstock, marked down to a penny in the clearance section.

Everything Saturated Canary Goes!!

Happy happy beautiful Saturday everyone!
Yes it has been a while since I've popped in to my blog. {insert sad face}
I am guilty for using that social media thing called Facebook to share my work,
but I've missed posting here as well.
I hope everyone is doing wonderful and enjoying your summer!

Today's post is courtesy of the wonderful Saturated Canary,
if you haven't seen Krista's images you must must must pop over to her store.
For this week's Facebook challenge, ANYTHING GOES!
Yep yep, anything - as long as it has a Krista image (digi or rubber) on it.

My first Equestrian Girl card was made for this challenge specifically,
but I wanted to show you a variety of cards I've done with her sweet images.

For my Equestrian cutie, I managed to find a sweet little embellishment in my stash:

Don't know why I would have a micro beaded carrot sticker...but I did. lol!
Come on over and join in the Facebook challenge,
you have plenty of time to link up your work.

Thank you all so much for stopping in, have a blessed weekend!

We passed!

Happy Monday everyone!
I'm on the Saturated Canary blog today,
and also celebrating the start of summer in South Carolina.
I'm so looking forward to the long lazy days ahead. :)
All of my kiddos completed another great year with wonderful teachers.
I cannot believe that I'll have a Sophomore in college, a Junior in high school,
an 8th grader, 5th grader, 3rd grader, and 1st grader in the Fall. Yikes!
Before school ended, I managed to make a card for my daughter's second grade teacher using Keys Please:

Her teacher is quite stylish and so young at heart, she's always wearing the cutest outfits to school.
Now I know that this image is made for a new driver, but coincidentally, our state testing here is the acronym P.A.S.S. This was the perfect cutie to use on a "thank you" card after they were done with the year, paired with some fun patterned papers, and Offray ruler ribbon.

Be sure to stop by Krista's shop here to pick up this sweetie, as well as the many other adorable and irresistible images she has drawn up. It will make those summer days so worth sitting and coloring up. ;) Thank you so much for stopping in on this beautiful Monday, happy crafting everyone!

Happy toMAYto!

Happy first day of May everyone!
I know I've been missing quite a bit, but I'm posting today on the Saturated Canary blog
with a happy, spring post celebrating this wonderful season.
I don't know about your green thumb, but I attempt a vegetable garden every year,
and have a success rate of 50%. Not too shabby! ;) lol!
But if you look anything like this cutie, I can see how your garden would grow quite bountifully.

Here is the adorable You Say Tomato:

You Say Tomato is such a sweet gardener,
I love her easy overalls and little farmer's market set up.
I colored her up with copics, and paired her with some papers from Michaels.
And yes, I even attempted to make a couple of tomatoes
with a circle punch and leaf punch as embellishments. ;)
Speaking of growing, have you joined in on our Saturated Canary page on Facebook?
Come and join in on showcasing all of your Saturated Canary creations,
we'd love to see you there.

Have a beautiful Thursday everyone, it's almost time for the weekend!
